Mountain View Retreat is truly your home away from home for Your Vermont Vacation. You’ll have peace and quiet at the end of a private road with views of Mt. Ascutney and Lake Pinneo. This bright, airy and comfortable family-friendly home features 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and 2 inviting living spaces, and can accommodate 10 overnight guests.

A well appointed kitchen will make any chef happy. The dining room and breakfast bar has space for you and your guests, and opens into the living room that boasts breathtaking views from the floor to ceiling windows. Cozy up in front of the fireplace tucked into the fieldstone hearth, or relax and watch a movie on the smart tv. The huge wrap-around deck with BBQ grill offers even more space to enjoy the beautiful outdoors. Roast marshmallows for s’mores at the firepit in the evenings while you stargaze. Convenient to many ski mountains, with the nearest being less than 10 minutes away.

One of two spacious master bedrooms with king bed and a full ensuite bathroom is on the main level. A convenient powder room is adjacent to the main living space. A second living room in the bright and airy walkout lower level has a smart tv, games, and comfortable seating for all ages to enjoy. The second master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, two more bedrooms (one with a queen bed, the other with full over full bunks with a twin trundle), and another full bathroom are also on the lower level. There are mini split a/c units in the dining room and the main floor master bedroom. There is an Amazon Alexa device for music, weather, etc. Washer and dryer with detergent are available for your use as well.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $75.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
